Each player is permitted to maintain only one active Account on the ah881 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ah881 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be suspended and any balances held therein may be forfeited.
ah881 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. ah881 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify ah881 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you, until you notify ah881 of a security breach.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any other person.
All deposits to your ah881 Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ah881 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation. ah881 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. ah881 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. GCash withdrawals are typically processed same-day during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

ah881's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ah881 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
ah881 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ah881 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your Account.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent ah881 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
